Lout fears snuff new year Fireworks

FAMILIES again are fitted with the fallout caused by drunken louts in new year's Eve celebrations.

Phillip Island is invalidated family fireworks display popular this year, and the police.

Instead, the Bass Coast Council will carry out his carols from fireworks display candle event on 21 December.

Many locals are fed with drunken youth fighting, smashing bottles, damaging property and crossing the street.

But Adviser Gareth Barlow said he would combat permanent revocation of fireworks on new year's Eve, though he was tired of antisocialno behaviour.

"Have I found unconscious 16-year-old girls Street on new year's in the past," said Cr Barlow.

"Means huge and ridiculous weight for the Council to deal with all this."

Philip island has ditched its midnight, fireworks displays for drunken louts, and not everyone is happy with the final decision.

Nancy Davis is the Constant on the impact on the local community, she says that most people that sat down at the beach to watch the show are local families.

Mayor Peter Paul said the review will be carried out after the festive season.

"We're trialling this year no Fireworks and not entertainment and you'll see how it goes with our community," said Cr sex.

"If people are coming for Fireworks there will be someone. but if they have come to enjoy the island, there is an abundance of things to do".

Sorrento and rye were also abandoned fireworks on new year's Eve, after the crowds is ugly.
